Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 30 days before the course starts, you will be refunded the amount (if any) that exceeds your deposit.  Your deposit, less a $50 administration fee, may be applied towards a future course until December 31, 2027

If you cancel less than 30 days before the course starts, you will forfeit the amount paid.  If your space is filled by another student, your payment, less a $150 administration fee, will be refunded.

For courses that do not have a deposit option:

 If you cancel more than 30 days before the course starts, you will be refunded the amount paid in excess of a $200, which is our deposit. The deposit, less a $50 administration fee, may be applied towards a future course until December 31, 2027

If you cancel less than 30 days before the course starts, you will forfeit the amount paid.  If your space is filled by another student, your payment, less a $150 administration fee, will be refunded.
